Livermore, Calif. - Main Street Design’s Antiques and Collectibles is excited to announce the relocation of our second shop from Chestnut Street to 150 North L Street in Livermore, California. To honor the historic train depot building that has been on L Street for the past 125 years, a wall mural is now on the side of the building at our new location, which pedestrians and drivers can admire. Our new North L shop joins with our South L Street location, offering great deals on a huge assortment of items including collectibles, antiques, vintage clothing, furniture, jewelry, unique art items using vintage findings and so much more. The location of both our Main Street Design’s Antiques and Collectibles shops on L Street now give Livermore a "Three in a row" shopping opportunity on the same street, including the longtime Blue D oor Antiques. Many quality dealers present unique and hard-to-find items. Vintage Sale

Sacramento, Calif. - The 94th semi-annual “Vintage Glass, China and Pottery Sale”, presented by the International Depression Glass Club (I.D.G.C.), Inc of Sacramento, will be held August 5-6, 2017 at the McClellan Conference Center, 5411 Luce Ave., McLellan Park, CA 95652. The Center is located North of I-80 off Watt Ave at the corner of Palm and Luce. The Sale hours will be 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday and 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday. Admission will be $6.00 with return privileges. Sunday will offer 2-for-1 admission rates! The proceeds of the Vintage Glass, China and Pottery Sale will benefit the Alzheimer’s Association. Stop by the Alzheimer's Information booth at the show to learn more. Quality dealers from California, Nevada, Oregon and Washington will feature a wonderful array of vintage mid- century, depression era and antique glassware, china, pottery, jewelry, linens, silverware and other collectibles. There will also be a special display featuring two Jeannette Glass Co. patterns made in 1937 & 1938. Doric and Pansy as well as Ultra Marine Swirl. Be sure to throw your hand in for the chance to win one of several hourly drawings for $20 certificates to be spent at the sale. There will be a $50 drawing at 3:00pm Sunday.
